We were supposed to go raspberry picking at the PYO (pick your own) farm near the house. However it was closed today (apparently it ONLY closes on mondays!) so Chesca, mum, Steffi and I went to the tea rooms at Beaconscot instead. We all enjoyed a cream tea each sitting in a sunny spot next to the window of the old Post Office - very English indeed!
